“To the Bedside and Beyond: Medical Research and Victoria’s Future”
The 2017 keynote address was delivered by The Hon John Brumby AO on Tuesday, 24 October in the AMREP Lecture Theatre.
Mr Brumby addressed the future of medical research in Victoria and the role it can play in building a healthy community and strong economy in a rapidly changing world. His presentation dissected the challenges of harnessing medical advancement for the benefit of the economy and highlighted the increasing role that China is poised to play in supporting and shaping future research breakthroughs.
